The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data or log files is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server, we store this data temporarily. We cannot identify individual persons based on this data.

In anonymized form, the data may also be processed for statistical purposes. This data is never stored together with other personal data of the user, compared with other data sets, or disclosed to third parties.

Use of SalesViewer® technology:

On this website, data is collected and stored using SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH based on the legitimate interests of the website operator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for marketing, market research, and optimization purposes.
For this purpose, a JavaScript-based code is used to collect company-related data and for the corresponding use. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a one-way function that cannot be reversed (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and is not used to personally identify visitors to this website.
The data stored within the SalesViewer® system is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations preventing its deletion.
You may object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect by clicking this link [https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out]() to prevent SalesViewer® from collecting data on this website in the future. Providing an email address is required for contact purposes; providing your name and phone number is voluntary.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.”

Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity. Google will also use this information to provide the website operator with additional services related to the use of the website and the internet. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of the consent you have provided.

We use Google Analytics only with IP anonymization enabled. This means that your IP address is processed by Google only in a truncated form. We have entered into a data processing agreement with the service provider, in which we oblige them to protect our customers’ data and not to disclose it to third parties. Since personal data is transferred to the U.S., additional safeguards are required to ensure the level of data protection provided by the GDPR. To ensure this, we have agreed to standard data protection clauses with the provider in accordance with Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR. These clauses oblige the recipient of the data in the U.S. to process the data in accordance with the level of protection in Europe. In cases where this cannot be ensured even through this contractual extension, we strive to obtain additional arrangements and commitments from the recipient in the U.S.
