After a brief preliminary discussion (goals, NDA), we schedule a kick-off meeting (1–2 hours, remote), roll out the survey (2 days), and plan the 1-day workshop—which can be held on-site if desired. The final presentation follows shortly thereafter. This way, you quickly receive a robust, actionable roadmap.

No. We provide the templates and facilitate the process. All we need from you is: one point of contact per department, access to sample documents and screenshots, and—if available—a list of the tools you use. We’ll gather all other information through surveys and workshops. The workload for your team is minimal.

A one-time fee of €2,900 plus VAT, including the Executive Playbook as well as travel and accommodation expenses within the DACH region. Included: kick-off meeting, questionnaire, interviews, 1-day workshop, final presentation, executive deck, and a prioritized roadmap with ROI targets. The fixed price applies to the clearly defined scope of consulting services (approximately five consultant days).

Very little. Approximately 30 minutes per stakeholder for the online survey, 3–4 hours for the workshop, and 30 minutes for a review. Interviews are optional. We schedule around your operating hours and avoid peak times. Day-to-day operations will not be interrupted.

You’ll receive a practical roadmap that includes quick wins, cost-benefit analysis, and assigned responsibilities. Upon request, we can assist with implementation—for example, integrations, automations, or a small proof-of-value or prototype.
