Case

On behalf of the Berlin Senate Administration, devsuit was tasked with developing an extension for the Moodle app: a custom course format with navigation and integration with the backend.

Solution

As part of the Lernraum Berlin project and in collaboration with the Berlin Senate, devsuit developed custom course formats for the Moodle app. By connecting to the Moodle backend, administrators can control which content is displayed.

Moodle App

The Moodle app is a mobile application used in conjunction with the Moodle learning management system. Moodle is a widely used platform for e-learning and educational management. The Moodle app allows users to access course content, activities, and communication features provided in Moodle courses. For example, with the app, you can access learning materials, submit assignments, receive notifications, and interact with other participants in courses.

Lernraum Berlin

Lernraum Berlin is the learning platform of the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth, and Family and was developed specifically for Berlin schools and students. It is an online platform that provides educational content, resources, and tools for learning and schoolwork. Lernraum Berlin supports teachers and students in communication, accessing teaching materials, and organizing their learning.
